Hi .
I am 15 years old @ the moment . when i was about 11 i noticed that when my foreskin was retracted there was skin joining the inside of the foreskin to the glands , not just in one spot but right the way around the bottom of the glands.

Stupidly i pulled this seperate myself causing much pain and bleeding.

I didnt tell anyone about this and noone knows.

4 Years on it is impossible to masturbate without a large amount of pain and discomfort.When the foreskin travels back & forth the pain is immense.

Also if the foreskin is retracted and the inner of the foreskin touched the pain is also immense then.

There is no visual scarring and no reacurring bleeding.Just the pain.

If the glands are exposed to air for say 10 minutes then the pain is no present when immediately masturbating , but then after around 2 minutes the pain returns ,

It is impossible to have sex or masturbate without a LOT of lubrication on the glands , and even then the pain is not completely stopped and the glands need to be re lubricated every 5 minutes or so.

I wondered if anyone had any other alternatives apart from circumcision ?

SnakeByte, as obvious as this may sound, I think you should get to the doctor right away. Although you may feel this to be embarrasing, your doctor will not give it a second thought. Just be upfront and honest and let him/her help you.

Just do it as soon as possible, the longer you wait, the more complications may arise.

I agree with Solomio...see a Doctor right away. 'Stroking' should feel great from start to the most exquisite 'finish', just as sex does. If there was any pain at all, I would see a doctor...do it and find out the problem. You may have to get a circumsision done due to excess foreskin. Don't let this stop you from seeing the Dr. though. He/she is the professional, not I.
