 Strong PC muscle causing PME
My PC muscle is way too strong. I'm 19 and have been masturbating since about 6th grade. I've noticed ever since i started that my pc muscle contracts before ejaculation as if it wanted to halt ejaculation and i have no control over it. Kind of like holding back urine. This continued happening and presently i have a very strong PC muscle. I've noticed that it is basically always contracted and i have to concentrate to relax the muscle. I've read that this muscle can put strain on the prostate and cause premature ejaculation, of which i am currently suffering. I did not used to have this problem until as of late. How can i weaken my PC muscle and halt my PME!? I fear i might lose my girlfriend over this. |
