I understand that you feel alone and scared right now and that you do not have the money to see a doctor. However, if you have truly been bleeding for three days and it is definitely not from your period, you need to see a doctor. You may have some damage that needs to be treated. Does your community have any type of public health clinic? If not, you can go to an emergency room at a hospital. At this point, you have to prioritize what is more important. In this case, your life should be your top priority and you need to protect it so you do not regret a decision later in life.
I know it will be hard to tell someone about your problem but once you confront it and get everything fixed, you can move on with life. I often like to say, "Take one step at a time." Right now, that step needs to be finding a doctor. The next step can be figuring out how to pay or who to tell.
