 Open sores under arm? Very confused?!
About three weeks ago I noticed an open sore under my right armpit. Within the next few days it spread through my underarm area. The sores are red and sometimes look like pimples, but they do not hurt...and some are even just small redish spots. They also normally scab over. I was treating it with neospron, but i just realized I have two more that spread on my lower sider and one over my pubic hair region. What could this be? I looked into herpes, but I have not actual sores on my gential area, so I really don't know what the deal is. I also have had a cold along with the sores if that has anything to do with it. Help is appreciated.
