Randomletters

I'm a teen. I have Fordyce spots and I'm not circumsized. I have 9 white dots on either side of the thingy that u cut for circumsicion( 4 on one and 5 on the other) then I also have some skin color 1-3milimeter easier bumps on the head of my penis. You can touch them but when they get "touched and moved" on they hurt. Ex.) sliding a finger across them with speed. I'm worried that this might affect me. What is this and is there a way to remove it safely (aka like doctors visits)
