Hi,

Kinda... nervous to talk about this. I have some very painful spikes on the inner thighs, right next to the testes. When I look at it, I can see many indent marks. I shaved that area a while ago.. about 4 weeks, or more ago? A few weeks later, it has burned like HELL. It seems more common as to whenever I sweat, as if I quickly run some toilet paper there, it subsides after a few minutes of even more intense pain, to relive pain for ~15 minutes. I'm a teen, and never had sex, so it couldn't be an STD right?

I'm really worried about what this might be...

*Edit* I guess there more like stretcch marks. Some seem to indent, some seem to protrude, I can't really tell :\

Do you know if what you have is like a rash? The skin in this area can sometimes become really irritated because it is always moist from sweat. When you shaved the area, it probably caused your legs to start rubbing together and irritating each other.

If it is just red and irritated this may be the case. To get rid of it, you need to try to keep the area clean and dry. Make sure it gets cleaned when you are in the shower and then try to change your underwear anytime you get really sweaty. You may also want to try either some antibiotic ointment or a cream for diaper rash. Once it is gone, some guys use baby powder to try to keep the area dry during the day.

If you have something else or it does not go away, you should see a doctor. There is always a chance that you could have picked up something from using a public toilet but that is less common than what I described above.
