does this look like oral herpes? so scared :(

Hi guys, i woke up this morning and noticed a pimple on the bottom of my lip... not on the actual lip but on the skin.

i am so concerned it's oral herpes, i am also concerned because i gave unproteced oral (MSM) to a guy, without ejaculation but he didn't have any sores on this penis?

i do get acne, as i am 18 and it does feel and look like acne but just to be sure...
