I think youre very confused, if you orgasm you cant miss it!! obviously, there are two possibilities here, one: Youve been masturbating with a pillow just because it feels good, but youve never actually climaxed (ejaculated) so other than maybe a bit of premature ejaculaction 'sperm' or 'semen' will come out often not enough to notice, or two: Youve masturbated with a pillow and have climaxed and just not known that what you were doing is ejaculating, and when you ejaculate 'sperm' comes out of your penis (its usually white and mucusy)
