Firstly, have you missed a period?
If not, wait and see. Even though it is still possible to be pregnant and continue with your period.
So, for this reason, take a home pregnancy test (HPT). Most HPTs work 14 days after the date you possibly conceived. Read the packets.

To be absolutely sure you will need a blood test. I'm not sure of the exact timing needed (7 days?) ....but usually if you get one done the doctor will ask you back for another test two weeks or so later just to be sure....

If you do think you are pregnant do some tests... don't rely on symptoms.
