After a women has her period, how long after it's over can she become pregnant? This is really worrying me becuase of some friends that had sex the other day.

You are infact at risk all the time, no matter period or not, so to answer your question, you can get pregnant about 26 days out of your cycle, there is only about 2-3 safe days, which you shouldn't even rely on.

Well, i saw something right after we had stopped the first time, i didnt ejaculate yet, but i still saw something, i asked her if she felt anything or something. This is really driving my nerves about her being pregnant. cuz this was my first time, and im scared to death.

oh, and when exactly are the *safe days*?

Ok first if you still have time have your gf call this number and get the Emergency contraception pills. 1-888-not-2-late. But it has to be within 72 hours of the unprotected sex. It works to prevent pregnancy but the thing is if she is already pregnant it wont help you. If she is already pregnant then you are stuck with trying to figure out what the two of your want to do as in keep it,abortion,or adoption.
It depends on a girl's cycle on when her chances are higher at getting pregnant. But there is always a chance of pregnancy no matter where the girl is at in her cycle. Even during her period she could get pregnant or soon after depending on if she ovulates early for that cycle. Granted during a girl's period she is suppose to have a slimmer chance but the chance is still there.
This is why proper birth control is so important.
If you are out of time for the EC pills she is just going to have to wait and take a pregnancy test at about the time her next period is due.
