Ok i am under 16. I masturbate once almost every day. Someone said this was too much, and if i keep doing it , it could cause serious health issues. He told me at most you should only masturbate twice a month. I dont really believe him , but im still a little worried about this. How much is too much masturbation?

No it wont cause any health problems. Do it as often as you feel comfortable with. There are people who do it three or more times a day and have no problems.
The only time too much comes into play is when it is so much that you cant lead a normal life,such as doing daily activities. That is when it is too much. Otherwise itis no big deal.
Next this person wants to say that too you simply ask him for written medical proof.

Hey bud, I've been masturbating for over 30 years, I've done it as many as three or four times in one day and for years I was a once a day kinda guy. There isn't anything that'll happen to you as a result of your masturbation. Your body will tell you when enough is enough. Don't worry about it at all, just enjoy!

Whoever told you this is a lier. Nothing is wrong with masturbation. It's a normal, natural thing to do and nobody should be ashamed to do it. Do it however much you want, and stop only when you want to. It's your body after all. All the myths you may have been told are lies. Mastrurbation is normal!
