hey im 16 and my foreskin seems to have grown to the top of my penis, its actually attached to the head of penis at the back all the way to the top of my penis? is this normal?
When you say the back you mean the underside when you are standing up looking down at it? That's the frenulum and totally normal. You should be able to pull back the foreskin over the head when erect but it remains attached at the frenulum. If you can't pull it back you can try stretching slowly.
