Ladies. 33% of guys have PPP which stands for Pearly Penile Papules. They are little bumps along the rim of the penis head. They are benign and completely normal in this percentage of guys who have it. Also, some guys who have PPP also have prominent sebacceaus glands along the underside of the shaft of the penis. These are Hair follicles below the skin that are there but no hair grows out, and they resemble minor bumps as well. Completely normal, but females are not educated about this fact, and males with this are hesitant to get into relationships because of fear that the girl will not accept the fact that they're normal and refuse to be with him.

What do you girls know about PPP and Sebacceaus glans??? What would you do if your boyfriend or partner had this??

I really wouldn't care if my partner had this, it wouldn't bother me so if you have it...don't worry about it at all. :-)

as lng as its nothing harmful... it wouldnt bother me... it actually maes you unique... thats pretty cool

I think it would be absolutely fine, but personally I would be wary having sex with a guy without a condom until we had both had STD checks. Just because you never know, and there are some creeps out there who might pass off an STD as something like that.

Well, thats a great attitude towards this issue from a female standpoint. Also, I have this also, but recently they have begin to become non-existant. Basically they have decreased in size to the point where they are skin colored and almost level with the skin. I've had sex (Protected) before and the girl didn't even notice. Some cases are worse, and whether its a minor or major case, guys are still hesitant to get with girls because they are afraid of their reaction when they see it and can't face that moment if it happens. They really should make this a part of the high school sex. ed. curriculum or just make everyone aware of this. At first I thought they were genital warts, but I was too young and a virgin, but I didn't rule out that possiblity in my mind until I did research on the net and found out about PPP, and basically gave myself a self-diagnosis.

Any other opinions about this issue?
