Sorry it's taken someone so long to reply to your post. Perhaps he hit your cervix and bruised it, or if you experienced pain during actual intercourse, your "insides" may be sore. If the pain has not gone away, I would suggest going to the doc to make sure everything is okay. Even if the pain is gone, you should go, just in case, since you are sexually active. Hope this helps.
