my crotch itches, like its yeast infection but i dont have a terrible foul stench or that cottage cheese discharge. this happened before and it itched so bad and there was a little bit of white something that came out, but not on its own. i didnt go to a gyno because i thought it would go away. when i would wear comfy clothes is when it would itch the worst, but i just ignored it as much as possible and it went away. but now its back. i change my underwear daily and shower daily also. my undies are cotton. whats up?

You need to go get it checked it could very easily be a yeast infection. The last time it happened you should have had it checked then also. Yeast infections dont have to have all the signs to be a yeast infection. You can have even just one sign and have a yeast infection. You could also have not so common signs and have a yeast infection.
Then it also could be something else all together and the only way to find out for sure on what is going on is to see your doctor.

Yes, you can give a yeast infection to your partner. In fact, if you had sex last time you had one then he could be giving it back to you. You both need to be checked by a doctor.
