Weird problem with penis, please help! a.s.a.p
So I have this strangely sized red bit of skin on the end of my foreskin that is attached by some skin to the bell part of my penis for some reason i have no idea what it is. It isn't one of those small bumps it's quite large. I am 16 never had sexual intercourse but masturbate once over a few days. it's been there for about 6 months and hasn't changed one bit!! I clean it every morning in the shower, can anyone identify what this is and how to get rid of it?

Your description is not clear. It sounds to me as though you could be describing your frenulum, which is a perfectly normal "red bit of skin" that attaches the foreskin to the underside of the tip of the penis, just below the pee hole.
