veness doesnt mean you can go without condoms. It can still fail and two forms of birth control are better than one...especailly if you arent ready to deal wtih a baby. Then of course one has to consider that only condoms provide reliable protection against stds.
With Depo you could wind up with a nonstop period...I had that happen for the entire six months I was on it. Also weight gain can be a problem with depo. Some women wont gain but a few pounds but alot tend to gain over 10 pounds and can even range up to 50 pounds.
You might want to do a search of the boards and read the past posts about others who have been on Depo. Just be very careful with this form of bc because it can have long term effects you might not like.
