Question balls
what does it mean when u have extra skin on ur balls and it looks kinda wrinkly and its long enough for u to pull it a little bit?

It just means you have a little more skin there. Sometimes when it's cold men's testicles tend to pull up a little and when it's hot just the opposite happens.
