Yes, it is possible.
Even if he doesn't ejaculate, it's possible for his penis to contain precum at the time, which can in fact get you pregnant.

I think since we are on a teen board we shouldn't be so rude. A simple..."you are in fact wrong and should learn more about this subject", would be sufficient. Also, the post didn't say "I know the answer", she said "I'd say", which means that's her opinion not a guess!! However, Stephielou and Tina, the post given is correct. Pre-ejaculation can get you pregnant if you aren't careful. Take care!!!
