Oh bud, all those difficult questions I remember so well. This takes a different amount of time for each of us. Ususally, your voice is done with maturing in a few months, maybe as long as a 6 months. Its hard to say, for some it may take longer. As to when you can ejaculate, although both of these are part of puberty, they are not related. So, keep working on the masturbation and I suspect that someday soon you'll join the rest of us in ejaculating...and you'll be quite proud of yourself!
