Solid advice. My partner was extremely sexually aroused through her teen years and has issues when she tried to open up that resulted in a lot of lost friends.

I am not sure exactly how strong your desires are, but as an example my partner said she used to do things like staying up until 2am when her father would go to bed just because she needed to masturbate before she could sleep.
To my knowledge (I could ask her later) she never really found a solution other than just enjoying herself.
The whole unable to do any normal tasks can become an issue though. I was like that in my teens. To be honest all you can do is either suppress it or try achieve orgasm as fast as possible and continue with daily life.
Completely normal.
