A foul stench coming from your vagina ALWAYS means you have to see a doctor. You may have an infection or an STD. Only a doctor can help you with this.
I understand that going to a doctor is intimidating but you must understand that the doctor has seen so many vaginas in his or her career that it doesn't even faze them. PLus, now that you are sexually active you must now go to your doctor for an annual exam. THis is the beginning of Pap Smears!!! YaY!! It's your responsibility now to take care of your sexual health and that means having to get past your fear of the doctor.
And why are you not using any protection?????? I'll let someone else address that part.

Yes, goto the doctor. If its nothing hell give you the name of an OTC medication for it. I would tell you to go get this medicine but I think you should goto the doctor instead. This way, if it happens in the future you know what it is.

Try going to a Planned Parenthood clinic. They specialize in teens and people in your very position. They use a sliding scale for payments based on what you can pay and income. Also - it's completly confidential your mom doesn't have to know, and they certianly won't tell her.
Look up PP on the 'net or in a phone book, and have your b/f take you.
BTW: you need to be using BC pills, or a condom or SOMETHING. STD's aside - you can still get pregnant and then your mom will definetly know you're not a virgin.
