hi
whenever i get an erection and pull back the foreskin (stretching exercises for tight foreskin) the skin never fully covers the head there is a hole about 1 cm wide which exposes the head and any dust in my shorts can fall in and irritate, i am thinking of going to the doctor and telling him which i dont have a problem with (im pretty open) just worried about what he will do to check as the head is extremely sensitive

I'd advise you to ask this question in the Male Anatomy section. There are some very experienced uncut men there who can help you with this. Don't think circumcision yet - there are options.
