How do you know if it is alright to move on to further things sexually, besides talking about it before-hand.

Like if I want to finger the girl, and start rubbing that area on top of her clothing, and she doesn't push away or act uncomfortable, I can assume she doesn't mind right? Like I could take her pants off and finger her (if in private) or just slip my hand down (not so private)?

P.S
what do you recommend for fingering, pants on or off?

most cases, presumbly yes-- she pushes your hand away then odds are she doesn't want to do anything...
as to the pants thing- it's between you two... i'd ask the girl... if it'd be easier with them down- push them down a little, but once again- if she doesnt want to and gets nehative with the body language- don't force her...-- hope this helped a little- in anycase have fun and stay safe!
