Sex between two people who care a great deal for each other is a wonderful experience.
There is something uniquely intimate when a couple has sexual intercourse. During the act the man and woman are totally united in the most intimate way two human beings can be. They share their emotions, their pleasure and their excitement as they approach orgasm. The "screams" you mention are really just sounds of pleasure. Some people moan during intercourse, some shout, some scream and some are very quiet. These are just ways that the man and woman express themselves.
Intercourse involves a great deal of trust and mutual caring. The woman allows the man to enter her and trusts that he will not hurt her in the process. The man is honored by that trust and by being allowed to be inside his partner. When orgasm and ejaculation occurs (and of course, proper contraceptive protection is in place) that completes the physical act and is just a total release of pent up energy and it feels as if it floods through your entire body. For the couple spending time together after intercourse is very important too for that is a time to tell each other how much you care for each other.
Sex is a wonderful experience that you will enjoy when you find the right partner and are physically and emotionally ready for that part of your life. It's not something to rush into until you feel certain that you are ready.
