lumps in vagina
 

hey !! i have found lumps just inside my vagina a few months ago and didnt say anything to anyone i had my mother to have a look to see if she knew what they where as she is a nurse i have a appointment in a family planning clinic in the next few days but i am really worried ! not sleeping or anything !. the lumps are like a little cluster just inside my vagina and go up as far as i can feel . i also have one big sized round lump in the center deep in my vagina ? what is this ? please help
