When having sex, and using a condom of course...now, is it ok to ejaculate inside the condom, like I mean is there a possibility that your sperm can go through the condom when ejaculating and enter the vagina? Or should you pull out and then ejaculate?
Also, where to dispose of condoms after?

There is a possibility of the condom breaking & then the sperm entering the vagina... but as for the sperm just going thru an unbroken condom, no. When you are done having sex, take the condom off carefully & throw it away. If you are afraid of someone seeing it in the trash or something, just wrap it up in a paper towel or toilet paper - but DO NOT try to flush it down the toilet! It could clog it up.

Condoms do come pre lubed but its usually very low and they smell funny (my opinion). Its best and safest to use a water based lube to prevent breakage. The large size of the sperm to the small macro size of the holes in the condom is to great. There is no chance a swimmer can go through the hole - but the aids virus is smaller the the holes in the condom.

Be sure your ready as sex comes with responsibility. Most teens forget this a they get caught.

Not all condoms come pre-lubed. But lubrication is important.

Using a polyurethane or latex condom does infact act as a barrier against the spread of HIV. Lambskin condoms, though, are not effective against STD's.
