what happens if a guy ejaculates during anal sex inside of u? does it eventually come down or stay there or what?

It will usually leak out the same as it leaks out of your vagina during regular intercourse.

The semen will usually just come out after he pulls out. Its sortof messy so have a towel near by. Whatever you do, try to stop it from leaking near your vagina to prevent any chances of pregnancy.

Better yet you should probably use protection (ie a condom) because the anal cavity isn't exactly too clean. It has alot of bacteria and you wouldn't want the guy to get any kind of infection.

I agree with tanyaa what ever you do do not let any of the juices run down into your vagina .if so you are highly at risk of getting a bacterial or fungal infection but don't get me wrong it's nothing wrong with it it's boiled down to what feels good to you .I'm a guy and loves to do anal but my wife says I'm too big to do anal with her but she compromises with sometime they make this lube and sell it at adult book store called anal-ez it numb up the rectum for people like my wife .and as far as the sperm running out of you after anal sex get out what come out at the time you finish the rest will come out when you make that trip to the rest room again
