You're on the pill and haven't missed one, there is no reason at all to take Plan B. If you take it while you're already on the pill, that is going to expose you to a toxic level of hormones that will cause nasty side effects. I suggest you not do it.
The whole point of why the pill was invented was so people wouldn't have to use condoms. Women have been using the pill with no condoms and not using the pull out method since the pill came on the market. I wouldn't worry about it unless you were one of "those" who constantly misses or skips pills all the time. Otherwise you're fine.
