My gf was losing her libido to non-existant, using diane-35 pills.

is it possible for a person who was losing her libido with diane-35, to get it back with another brand?, or these kind of women never get it back with any birth control pill?

I'd totally suggest trying a lower dose pill. ortho-tri-cyclen is a higher dose pill and has change hormone levels each week which wouldn't really help her out. I'd suggest going on a low does monophasic pill like Alesse or Mircette, there are tons of others. Her best bet is to go to her doctor and tell them her problem, and change pills. Birth control should be a good experience, there's no reason why she should be miserable on the pill.

Yes I know, but I've read so many posts about loss of libido due to the pill that I am not optimistic, she will change pills once we go to the doctor.

The thing is that many people say birth control makes women act as if they were pregnant, and that would lover her libido, what is the chance of her going back to normal?, I mean not just a little bit better, but just the way she was be4 the pill.
