I always shave my bikini line and no matter what lotion or shaving creme I use I always seem to get a little red rash about a day later. Any advice on what to use after shaving to not get this? Nair is such a pain and waxing is way to painful.

There is a razor/buffer out called FinishingTouch and I use it on my bikini line and it works :-)

Have you tried the stuff called 'Bikini Zone'? I don't know what else you can do, I had the same problem so I stopped shaving & started waxing. Much better!

Sounds strange, but I use diaper rash cream on my bikini area after I shave and, since I have been using it, have yet to get anymore razor burn.

Have you every actually tried waxing? I was skeptical about it for the longest time but finally gave it a try....and did it myself with an at-home waxing kit! I have very sensitive skin and no matter what i'd do, i'd still get awful ingrown hairs the day after i shaved and it would last for several days afterward. But with waxing i never get ingrown hairs or anything but smooth skin. Try waxing.
