Do most women get aroused by having their breasts touched? Some women have full firm breasts and when ever they are touched they hurt so yhere doesn't seem to be any enjoyment !

Every woman likes different things. I love having my breasts touched though. The best thing is to communicate with your partner, ask her what feels good, and this will make sex much more enjoyable.
