for pregnancy? The doctor tested my urine 5 days after possible conception and it came back negative...She put me on birth control pills. I have very normal periods, and I was supposed to get my period on the 28th, I spotted for a about a day very very little dark blood and then it stopped. My breasts are sore, tender, I'm nauseous,hungry and very tired. Could this all be from new bcps? I'm testing tomorow.

5 days post ovulation/conception is definatley too early to test. On or about day 5 past ovulation/conception is when the embryo would be implanting in your uteran lining which is when your body starts producing the hormone that pregnancy tests look for. Most of the pregnancy tests need you to wait till the time you'd miss your period and they really mean that. Some tests say they can give accurate results around days 10-12 past ovulation. FREDs come to mind... First Response Early Detection.

The symptoms you describe are pregnancy symptoms to me. BCPs can cause side effects but you didn't mention what you are taking.
