First just because you were a virgin doesnt mean you are tight.....that is a myth just like having lots of sex or giving birth makes one loose. Being tight tends to be because a person is tense which most girls are the first time they have sex because they fear pain,bleeding and so on. Granted some women are built smaller in the vaginal area so it seems tighter but virginity doesnt play a role in that.
As for tearing that can happen especailly if he wasnt gentle or if you arent aroused enough. Chances are it will heal on its own. I tend to get tears rather easily and not a one has needed doctor's care or sutures.
You dont have to see a gyno unless your regular doctor doesnt do paps and such. But most regular doctors do so you can see your regular doctor for that.
