confused - Sexual Health - Women Message Board

I'm in my early thirtys and I have never had a yeast infection or uti or any stds, when women that I know and family members had at least one. Can some women Have a stronger immune system than others or what? Responses will greatly be appreciated. Thanks

could be you rimmune system I suppose....everyones is different....a person with a poor diet for example may have a weaker immune system than someone with a good diet....

Do you really know you have not had any infections?
Some women have things like BV without even knowing it.
I'd say you are lucky and must have good vaginal health, most women do not have good vaginal health form poor hygine to wrong choices in menstrual products, even the most informed womens however can have bad vaginal health...I don't think enough is known about womens sexual health to say why one women is more prone to infection than the other.
