Orgasim or Not

Okay so I am finidng our that it is normal for there not to be O during intercourse?? Is this correct??

You speak of learning about your body, well believe me lots of different things have been tried, mainly positions, oral stimulation, fingering -

I am feeling stiumlation throughout, and at times I achieve a sensation, but it is usually short lived and it never is all the earth shattering. It is a nice sensation and it does give me a release. But is it an actual O?? How do I know what one is if I am not sure I have ever had one???

Should my partner be able to feel something from me during my O? I mean is ther some sort of contacting or ejaculation?

I am just very unclear about an actual O?

Please clarify is you can......

Re: Orgasim or Not

Well, if you can't figure out if you have had an orgasm or not, then you probably haven't had one. When I orgasm with clitoral stimulation, there is a rythmic pulsing everywhere down there for about 10-15 seconds, and the inside muscles contract. There are a couple types of orgasm: clitoral, vaginal, and, as unbelievable as it may seem, there is also a anal orgasm. If you are concentrating on having a vaginal, don't. Many women out there just can't have one, even if they can experience clitoral orgasms easily (like myself). I found what worked for me to orgasm with masturbation, then incorporated it into my sex life with my husband. Maybe you should try that. Many women feel like if they can't experience an orgasm with their partner, something is wrong. Nothing might be wrong, you just need to figure out your needs or wants. Work from that... And trust me, you will know when you have the BIG O... It may not be the earth shattering experience everyone has led you to believe it is... But it is DEFINATELY SOMETHING!

Re: Orgasim or Not

If you don't know if you have orgasmed or not, trust me, you never have had one. It's a build up of pleasurable sensations, until >bam< The earth can actually move LOL It is exquisitely pleasurable, then the feeling subsides. While I'm orgasming, there are rhythmic contractions in my vagina.

Most women do not orgasm through intercourse; that is correct. Usually external stimulation of the clitoris is needed. The best way to learn, in my opinion, is to masturbate... either with your fingers or (better yet) with a vibrator. Once you have a single orgasm you will never question what they are again

Re: Orgasim or Not

I agree with the other postings... you'll know if you've had an orgasm. I think the easiest way to experience is with a vibrator while being fingered. I never masturbated before going out with my bf but now I know what I was missing! Good luck and you'll know it when you get it!
