No way, that is so small to be average, and considering that an average women is 150-165 in weight or so I'm going to guess a 36-38C as average.
If that's the average weight of the average woman, then the average woman is verging on obese! Holy cow that's heavy! Of course, with those stats, it would stand to reason she'd have those huge breasts you're guessing about.
i agree! i am over weight and i think the same thing most of the population is over weight. i think the average weight might be like 160 to 175 lbs. but thats my opinon maybe average breast size is some where in the C cup area. i am a 38 C. Most over weight women look like they have a C to DD cup. my opinon of corse.

Hmmm, well I couldn't resist answering this one! Since we are all sharing! LOL...I am 5'4, 112 pounds, 34D.....To me, they aren't big, but my husband says says "WHOA". I've always heard that average is 34-36B or C. But like everyone keeps saying, it definitely depends on your body size as well....
