Well I'm not sure if Im overthinking here, but sometimes when I am itchy downstairs I feel as if something is crawling around, and once i felt as if my clitoris was vibrating on its own....very weird. I am 18 and have never had sex but have been touched....can this be anything?

You are probably just having an orgasm. This will happen a lot in your lifetime. You have been touched and aroused and it is just part of being a women. Your body is probably just reacting to remembering the pleasurable experience that you had. You are just experiencing some of the most wonderful things ahead of you in life. Do not worry. I have that too, it's just normal...probably much like when your eyelid twitches, just a nerve twitching.
