Hi everyone.....i am new here and looking for some help.

Well, first of all I am 22 yrs. old, almost 23, am in grad school and recently (dec.19,2005) had surgery on my foot.

I am a little nervous because recently, like last month, every time I would have sex with my boyfriend I would bleed after.... not a lot but enough to make me nervous enough to not want to have sex right away.
My period has also been a little funny lately...it doesn't come on time and this month it came 1-2 weeks late ( I just got it today) and it appears to be over already. Also, earlier today I passed what i think was a blood clot. It was solid and about the size of a quarter, maybe a little more than a quarter but less than a 1/2 dollar.
I called my obgyn and a nurse told me not to worry, that blood clots can pass, and it may have solidified because sometimes they stay up there for a little while. So, I was wondering, when my bf and I had sex, was he maybe hitting/irritating it and thats why I bled? Also, should I be really concerned?
Could all of this be because of stress? It is is finals week, I am a grad student, I just went through 5 months of recovery and just ofund out I have to do it all over again?
