I am only 26 yrs old and I cant get a orgasm during sex. Is there something I can do?

Girl, you must be with a wrong man. Or are you also saying you can't get an orgasm during self masturbation. Well, I would agree with you on the second one, bec. I do not get an orgasm by playing with myself. My boyfriend is so good in pleasuring me that I am hoping to write a book about how 'guys' can do it correctly. I mean in pleasuring women. You just have to find your own comfort.. try relaxing and letting go of your inhibitions..

try stimulating your clitoris while having sex. If that doesn't help I suggest you talk to your OBGYN about this and get some help. With myself I actually had to ask a friend what to do and followed her advice and it worked. It is embaressing to discuss with just anyone, so ask someone familiar to you if you don't want to talk to your OBGYN. Thing is coming on here we can only give limited advice due to the rules of the site.

Try and relax and quit worrying about and just find what feels good to you and go with it. Heck, I've been married for almost 6 years and I've just gotten to a place where I can have orgasms with my husband whenever I want. The first year I had to work and work at it.

Some people just don't realize that it is really hard for some woman to have an orgasm.

We had the same problem in our sex life. I would suggest masterbating while having sex. Or if you really want to spice it up buy a small vibrator and hold it in place as you have sex - you'll be suprised how quick you will climax with both these things happening at once.

Do you mean you can't have an orgasm during intercourse, or during any sex at all? It helps to be specific.

Most women don't orgasm from intercourse alone (vaginal stimulation only), so you are pretty normal there, if that's what you're talking about.
