Hi, I was wondering If the cervix can be felt by inserting the finger inside the vagina? Because I felt like a bump that is really high but If I make a contraction It gets lower and I can touch it. It's just really weird since it's quite a big thing. I asked my doctor after she made me the PaP test and she it was ok, but I don't know If she knew what I was really talking about.
I know that it can be felt that way. I was checking out the TCC board, and apperantly that's how a lot of women figure out if they are ovulating or not - by checking the position of the cervix.
It is possible you are feeling your G-spot. You would be more likely to feel that than your cervix. The g-spot is a tough, spongy spot on the back, upper wall of your vagina. I'm not saying your NOT feeling your cervix but it's possible it could just be your G-spot instead.
