Hi I hope this is okay for me to ask, I am scared and would like some opinions as I am new to this. I am really worried. I just had anal sex for the first time. the guy I am with is pretty well indowed, 7 in and thick. (sorry) and he got the head of his penis a quarter of the way in my rear. (he usesd lube) It hurt and he was pretty gentle..some points felt like it was tearing. I am scared because about 5 minutes after we were done i went and sat on the toilet, didnt actually go to the bathroom but there was blood dripping in the toilet.
Is this normal? Should I be this worried? Is it common to bleed after anal sex? Since obviously have a tear in my intestine or whatever then next time I go #2 (and we know feces is dirty) will the toxins from the poo get into my blood stream and make me sick?
I am really sorry about all the details, i am just worried and scared. Thanks.
No, it's not normal - or at least, it's not good - and you should be worried. How worried depends on how much you are bleeding. You said dripping, that's pretty bad. You didn't say how long ago it was, but if you're still bleeding and it keeps up for too long well, you might have to have it taken care of.
On the other hand, smaller tears are not unheard of (that's why anal sex is the main sex-related method of HIV infection) and will probably heal on their own. You're going to have to judge how bad it is.
for future reference though, if it feels like it's tearing, make him stop The tissue in there is very delicate.
I have a few of friends who've tried anal sex-- some of them bled and some didn't. So I'm more inclined to think that a bit of bleeding is normal, especially if the guy is pretty girthy, as you implied. I think my friends who bled while they tried anal sex stopped and didn't try it again as it was too painful for them. They also told me that they had painful bowel movements up to a couple of days after they had anal sex, so don't be too alarmed if that happens to you too. I wouldn't worry too much-- if you're still bleeding tomorrow or if it's gotten worse, definitely see your doctor. Otherwise, I believe it's just some tissue that tore and needs to heal. Feel better!
HI,
anal sex is very different and before performing the partners should be prepared hours earlier.it doesnt matter if it is 7 or 8in. go through some books on anal sex.
in general people are more exited by watching a *** movies but even the porn stars prepare themselves before the take.
bleeding is because of improper anal sex it ill be ok soon.

I've been with my girlfriend for 12 months, and we occasionally have anal sex.
At first, it did hurt for me to actually get it in. But now it's easier. Be sure to use a lot of lubrication, and start with you being on top, or spooning, so you have control as to how slowly his penis goes in. Make sure you trust him, and tell him to remain still while you work your anus onto his penis. If it hurts, stop and take a deep breath. Remember, relaxing your muscles really helps. Once it's in and going, it's much easier
since this is your first time, it is normal to bleed and tear a little bit. the tear is not actually in your intestine, but the tissue covering the anal sphincter...this is called a fissure, and they can sometimes get infected, but they usually heal on their own as long as they are left alone to heal. just be sure to use a lot of lubricant, be gentle, and go slow. if the bleeding does not stop, or you notice any worsening pain or drainage, or have trouble with your bowel movements, you need to see a doctor. the sex will become easier and less painful the more you get used to it..you will be more comfortable and relaxed.
You might want to check with the doctor about whether there are any risks involved in continuing to have anal sex and/or any precautions you should be taking.

No, you are not supposed to bleed while having anal sex. Not one drop! If you do bleed or if it does hurt you need to stop immediately! It's your bodies way of saying, "Stop it! You're doing damage back here!" So many people think they have to use a penis for their first time. They need to work their way up with small toys, etc. before trying that.
