What makes a woman attractive to other females depends on a lot of things, the main requirement is that the other woman even be attracted to women in the first place. From there, the type of woman she might be attracted to depends totally on her taste, she might like masculine women or feminine women. There is no connection between one woman's lack of testosterone and her suddenly being more attractive to other all other women.
But I find your question odd, I have to ask if you actually meant to ask "if your lack of Testerones in your body as a female make you attracted to females".
