No, in 20 days there is not a way she can delay her period. With a few months, she may have been able to do so while using the birth control pill, but if she's not on the pill it doesn't work. With a monophasic pill with the same hormone levels, you just skip the last week of pills and you will skip your period. You can't really do this JUST starting on the pill though b/c your body is still getting used to it and needs time to adjust to the pill.
They do make cups that are supposed to be used during periods and you are able to have sex while using them and the blood stays in the cup. Haven't tried them myself... but they are the only thing I can think of for this. Or you can try sex in the shower and may not even notice it!
