Hi, ive been going out with my girlfriend for about 5 months and we've been trying to have sex for about 3 months, we are both virgins. When we try to have intercourse, i cant get my penis all the way in (im average sized) without hurting her. We have tried all sorts of positions without success, recently we tried with a good lube and i got as far in as the head of my penis when we had to stop because she started bleeding. Turned out that she had torn a bit below her vagina, and she thinks that her hymen is already broken from previous fingering (i can fit one finger in easily but only up to the second knuckle with two). Shes been to the doctor and there weren't any problems there. So now i don't know what else to do, so im now seeking help on this forum

Im sorry! That sux! -anyway, How painful is it for her?? I remember when I first had sex I did not enjoy it, because it hurt way too much, and I bled as well. I remember I didn't enjoy it the first 3 TIMES!!! It hurt so bad, but then after the 4th time it started to feel better... That may be the case for her??? who knows, but I know girls experience it differently... I don't think there's anything to worry about, she may just hurt the first couple times

think about it... the vagina can pass a CHILD! she is not too tight.

she may be tensing up, or you may actually be larger than you think? i would use good lube for now until she gets used to it.

sex is no fun in the beginning, agreed!

True, good points, i dont think its excrutiating pain or anything too bad because she just went "ow" and we stopped. But because i stopped dont know how painful it could have got for her. I dont think i could keep going if she was in pain. I think shes anticipating the pain too much and thinks its going to be a lot worse than it may actually be, which could also be making her tense up. Do you think i should just power through, and almost ignore her reactions? because if everyone feels pain the first few times and we keep stopping at the first hint of pain, itll never happen...

Actually I think there are rare cases of women who are 'too tight' and have a physical limitation.
If she has seen a doctor who did an internal exam and everything is all right then you may need a little more foreplay to relax her. I expect she is getting pretty worried by now so that wont be helping.
It's not OK just to say - well it hurts and that's the way it goes. Your girlfriend needs to be treated delicately and with respect. Dont just 'power through and ignore her' That is not what intimate sex is about. Anyway I think you sound too caring for that.
