m1k2dog3 Member (female) Join Date: Dec 2006 Posts: 90	Re: how long does it take for vagina to be free of semen after sex I would say over 72hrs but I'm not 100% (I know that if someone has sex but they don't ovulate for 3 days (72hrs) the sperm can still be alive to cause a pregnancy... BUT outside of the cervix, I'm unsure)
