Different strokes for different folks. I think that's a recognized fetish. I personally couldn't do it (glad my wife isn't into that). Maybe get creative with water or other fluids. Maybe if she's blindfolded, the sensation of warm water from a squirt bottle could mimic what she wants.
1st of all, it isn't easy to urinate during an erection. Males have a valve at the bottom the urethra that is supposed to prevent urine from passing thru during erections and especially ejaculation. Diabetic men, men who suffer with prostate and urinary problems have faulty valves that allow urine to leak. You can potentially risk the future health and patency of this valve if you force yourself to urinate during erections. How does a life of chronic cath's sound to you!
As for her, if you don't have an infection urine is sterile. BUT, it's human waste and was not intended to be ingested. How would you feel about kissing her afterwards? How do feel about kissing her now if she's done that before?
