Bleeding after intercourse..too rough?
Firstly, I have no STI's.

Now and then, I tend to bleed after sex. It is quite red at first, then turns a light brown colour (like the end of a period). Then it stops for 12 hours or so, then returns. The last time I had sex, it was quite rough. Could this be the cause of my bleeding?

Possibly. However, I would encourage you to have the bleeding checked out, especially if you haven't had an exam in awhile. Okay?

I have had bleeding after sex before due to it being too rough. However, the bleeding only lasted a few minutes and did not come back.

My last pap test was about 4 months ago which came back fine.

I realised something last night - not sure if this could be anything. When we have sex without a condom I do not tend to have this problem. Last night, I bled again after sex and we used a condom. It was not rough at all. I tend to get a bit dry so we used some lube. Then afterward I realised I had started bleeding. It stopped almost right away and hasn't come back yet.

Any other suggestions if my pap tests are fine, as well as clear for STI'S?
