How can I make anal sex easier?

Hello everyone - I'm new to this board, and I'd be very grateful if you could give me some advice. I've been married for almost two months and my husband has been wanting us to try anal sex for a while now. So far, I've said no because I am somewhat (actually, a lot) afraid that it might hurt badly. But since he has been great pleasing me I'd like to give it a try. I read other postings on anal sex on this board and they've been really helpful, so I know now to use lots and lots of lube, but is there anything else I can do? Is it better in the morning when the muscles are more relaxed, or after a long bath when the skin is softer? Also, should we use a condom? I've only "been" with my hubby, but can I get an infection from his sperm when he "comes"? I also have a stupid question: one of you said that anal sex gives one constipation. Is that really true? Thanks in advance!

Astrid

I once read on the internet if you use a "butt plug"...a small one...during sex leave it in and it's very satisfying...and slowly move up bigger sizes and eventually anal sex would be a lot easier and more satisfying...never tried it though I may soon.

Re: How can I make anal sex easier?

Anal sex does not cause constipation to answer that question first. You may want to try using one of the numbing type anal lubes when you first try it and don't expect to have him go all the way in the first time. It may or may not ease all the way in but if it doesn't don't let him force it. Take things slow. Using a small butt plug and working your way up to larger ones is always an excellant idea for getting used to anal things. As for using a condom. That is often a good idea just to help keep more bacteria off the penis. Always remember that your partner needs to wash up thoroughly with soap and water between anal and vaginal sex. Good Luck.

Re: How can I make anal sex easier?

the problem is relaxation, you may want to use a lot of lube, do warm baths, but if the girl is not relaxed enough, it won't go. normally it would stretch a bit and it can hurt quite a bit, but that is just in the beginning, it should go way better if you try it some more.
and for the guy out there, slow and easy, not wanting to insert it all the way, start off with fingers, and just the head, if she is ready, proceed to the following inch.
be safe
