Question Please help, hymenectomy questions!!!!

Hi,
I am a teenager with a problem!
I had a hymenectomy a week ago for a seperate hymenectomy.
There was a thin piece of flesh going up and down my vaginal opening and I was having trouble inserting tampons, having sex etc..
I have no more discomfort or pain and it was very minor the few days after,
I decided to check for myself what was going on down there since my post op is two weeks from now.
I can see the opening but there is a piece of flesh in front of it.
Could this be scar tissue?
Is this normal?
I am so scared!!
When will I be able to insert tampons again? Have sex or be fingered by my boyfriend of two years? I am really scared, someone please answer my questions, I dont know who else to ask and dont want to be stressed out for two weeks until I see my gynecologist again.

Help!!!
